Positions
Behavior Technician
Provides 1-on-1 ABA services in the home, school, or community setting to individuals with autism and related disorders
Follows specific programs created by your supervisor and has weekly check-ins to make sure you’re on the right track
Collects behavioral data on client treatment goals
Participates in supervision meetings, client team meetings, and on-going professional development
Provides parent support, when appropriate
Ensures timely completion of time sensitive paperwork
Advancement and certification opportunities available
Perfect for college students majoring in behavior analysis, special education, or psychology
RBT preferred, but not required; full training provided
Supervisor
Provides ongoing support to clients, families, and behavior technicians to ensure treatment integrity
Provides 1 : 1 direct service, as needed
Conducts Functional Behavior Assessments
Designs, develops, and monitors all aspects of ABA programs
Provides Parent Education
Writes progress reports and behavior treatment plans to meet funding source requirements
Ensures timely completion of time sensitive paperwork
Provides supervision, guidance, and support to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (in-person and/or Telehealth)
Ensures that supervisees are meeting requirements (i.e., session notes, graphs, data sheets, inputting time, submitting timesheets, etc.)
Attends supervision, team meetings, and on-going professional development
Provides consultation and training to school districts, preschools, daycares, group homes, adult day programs, and other community organizations
Functions as a liaison between the organization, families, community, therapists, health care providers, etc.
Additional duties as assigned by Executive Director/Clinical Director
Director
Oversees our ABA clinical teams of Supervisors and Behavior Technicians within an assigned region.
Functions as a liaison between the organization, families, community, therapists, health care providers, school districts, etc.
Possesses excellent management and mentoring skills
Creates curriculum for training material
Provides staff with clinical training and opportunities for continuous development
Evaluates performance and disciplines employees when necessary
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in good standing (Required)
Additional duties as assigned by Executive Directors
